The work speaks to me about the mass exodus from Venezuela that so many of us have endured since 2013. Nothing prepares one for the process of migration and the traumatic nature of it. However, this is a celebration of our resilient nature and of embracing the incredibly humbling experience that is seeking a new place to call home.
